12) MILK TOFFEE

INGREDIENTS-

Milk cream or condensed milk- 200 gms

Sugar-200 gms

Butter-200 gms

Honey- 200 gms(optional)

Red, blue and yellow colour plastic wrappers

PROCEDURE-

Take a thick bottomed pan, in that mix condensed milk, sugar ,and  butter and heat it by keeping low flame and keep stirring with the help of a wooden spoon till you get a semi solid liquid. Take a plate add water in that add a drop of the prepared mixture,If the drop becomes like a ball/ round then you are done. Now take another plate and grease it with ghee and pour the above mixture on it. When this mixture is hot you can just cut them into desired shapes and wrap them with different colour wrappers.

SERVING TIP- You can add roasted and chopped nuts also.
