INGREDIENTS-
Black tea bags- 3
Water-4 cups
Cinnamon stick-1
Ginger-1 piece( medium sized chopped)
Cardamom-3
Pepper-1/2 tsp
Cloves-1/2 tsp
Dhania-1 tsp
Milk-1 cup
Honey/ sugar- as required
PROCEDURE-
Take a pan and boil water in it, then add cinnamon stick, ginger, cardamom, pepper, cloves, dhania and allow it to boil for 20 mins. Then dip the black tea bags in this spiced water and allow it to boil for another 5 mins. Then add water and allow it to boil. Care should be taken that this pan is under low flame. Now filter this mixture add sugar/ honey as per your taste and serve hot.
