INGREDIENTS-

Tea dust-8 tsps

Tea leaves-8 tsps

Biscuit powder-1 tsp

Water- 4 cups

Milk-3/4 th cup

Sugar-150 gms

PROCEDURE-

Mix tea dust, tea leaves and biscuit powder in a bowl and then keep it aside. Boil milk by adding sugar. Take a brass bowl and add water in it. Take a clean cloth, add the tea powder, tea leaves, biscuit powder in it and tie it. Just keep this cloth in the brass bowl where the water is boiling and care should be taken so that the cloth is not entirely inside. After half-an hour you get the tea decaution. Transfer this decaution into a cup, add the boiled sugar milk and serve hot.
