13) SHANGH’S CHOCO FANTASY-
INGREDIENTS-
Dark chocolate-250 gms (available in the market)
Sugar-100gms
Cashew nuts- 50 gms
Cashew/ almonds/pista/dry grapes- 50 gms roasted and chopped
PROCEDURE-
Firstly you have to grind cashew nuts into a powder and keep it aside. Now take a pan add sugar and cashew nut powder and stir it till you get a reddish syrup. Cut dark chocolate into pieces and transfer them into a pan, Take another pan and fill it with water and keep it on stove, on this water keep the dark chocolate pan and stir constantly with the help of a wooden spoon thereby allowing it to melt. This is called hot chocolate. Take a mould with desired shape and pour the hot chocolate into it. Leave it for about 10 mins and then pour out the hot chocolate from the mould. Then keep the mould fridge for about 10 mins and then once you remove you find a shell of chocolate formed. Now fill this shell with the sugar syrup and then the roasted dry fruits and then pour hot chocolate on it. This resembles an egg in shape. Now refrigerate for 10 mins. Just reverse the moulds plate and the chocolates come out easily.
NOTE-
You can use white chocolate instead of dark chocolate and you can fill jam, jelly or honey also.
SERVING TIP- May take extra time to become solid depending upon the conditions and care should be taken while preparing.
