CARROT KHEER—
Carrots- 2
Milk- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 4 spoons
Cashew-10 Gms
Almonds-10 Gms,
Condensed mil- 1/2 cup
Ghee- as required
PROCEDURE—
Soak badam for 2 hours and remove the peel. Boil carrots and then grind it along with cashew, sugar and peeled badam. Take a pan and heat ghee and fry badam and cashew until golden in colour. To this add condensed milk and carrot mixture, Cook for 5 minutes and then add milk and boil for about 10 mins.
SERVING TIPS- TASTES GOOD WHEN REFRIDGERATED.
