 Shang’s CAB VEGGIE CUTLET

Cabbage—100 gms

Red cabbage- 50gms

Cottage cheese- 100gms (grated)

Chilly powder- 1 tsp

Potato- 200 Gms

Cumin powder- a pinch

Chilly powder – a pinch

Salt – as required

Chat masala-as required

Vinegar- to taste

Oil-as required for frying.

PROCEDURE—

Boil potatoes and mash them. Cut the cabbage and red cabbage finely. Put the cabbage in a thick bottomed pan add 2 drops of vinegar, salt and cook covered on low flame for about 5mins. Add cumin powder, chilly powder, salt, grated cheese and mix thoroughly. Keep aside for 10 mins and make small balls. Cover the cabbage ball with a dough made out of mashed potato and grated cheese. Flatten it and then fry it in oil.

SERVING TIPS- TASTES BEST WITH HOT AND SWEET SAUCE
