Normally we prepare khichidi for our morning break fast, but kids do not prefer this dish. So here is the best style that makes them wanting more.
INGREDIENTS-
Pongal/khichidi- 1 cup (already prepared)
Onions-2 chopped
Green chilly-3 chopped
Salt- as required
Rice flour- 1 cup
Water –as required
Coriander-1 spoon
Red chilly powder- 1 spoon(optional)
Oil- as required
PROCEDURE-
For this we require khichidi that is already prepared. Take a bowl add khichidi, rice flour, green chillies, onions, salt, coriander and little water. Mix well and see the consistency should be solid/ thick. Take a tawa and add 1 tbsp of oil, add this prepared mixture and spread this mixture like dosa by pressing with hands. Once it is golden brown, remove and serve it.
SERVING TIPS- Tastes best with curd raitha.
