Ingredients---
Kova – 1 cup (available in the market)
Maida – 2 tsps
Wheat flour- -2 tsps
Sugar -1 cup
Cardamom powder- a pinch
Milk- ½ cup
Cashew, almond and pista –chopped finely and then fried in ghee
PROCEDURE—
First take a pan and boil milk in it and then add kova, sugar, Maida and Atta also.
Mix well and cook for 3 mins till the entire mixture becomes mass like. Now add cardamom powder and then the nuts also. Mix well and remove. Meanwhile take a plate and grease it with ghee and pour the above prepared mixture into the plate.
You can cut them into desired shapes after some time.
