Ingredients- -
Paneer – 100 gms
Papad-- 8
Besan powder -1 cup
Maida—1/2 cup
Corn flour- 1/2 cup
Mirchi powder- 2 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Dhania powder -1/2 tsp
Salt- as required
Oil- for frying
Onion -1 chopped
Green chilies –2 chopped finely
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Garam masala- if required
Sugar – a pinch
PROCEDURE—
Cut paneer into very small pieces. Take a bowl and add besan, Maida, corn flour, green chilies, and onion mix them with little water. To this add paneer also. Now take them into required shapes say as flat tikki. Meanwhile take bowl and crush papad in it. Now take the kebab and just dip it in crushed papad and fry it in oil.
SERVING TIPS—SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND PUDINA CHUTNEY. GARNISH WITH ONIONS, CORINDER AND CARROTS.
