RASGULLA—

Ingredients—

Milk- 1/2 litre

Maida- 2 tsps

Lime juice- 1/2 tsp (should be mixed in ½ cup of water)

Sugar- 100 Gms

Water- 1 liter

Cardamom-1/2 tsp

Kesar- a pinch

Rose petals- 1 tbsp (optional)

PROCEDURE-

First take a pan and boil milk. After the milk is boiled add the prepared lime water to it. Then take a clean cloth transfer the milk mixture into it and remove all the water from it. Now to this add Maida and make them as balls and keep it aside.  Now take a pan, add sugar and water and make sugar syrup and the consistency should be thin. To this add the prepared balls and allow it to boil for 15 mins along with rose petals and kesar.Once these balls swell in size remove and then sprinkle cardamom powder and refrigerate.

SERVING TIPS- TASTES BEST WHEN REFRIDGERATED.
