kids generally dont like some of the south indian tiffins.but if it is done this way they cant stop munching AND IT IS HEALTHY

ONIONS--1 CHOPPED,
POTATO--6-8 BOILED AND MASHED
CORNFLOUR-3 SPOONS,
CORIANDER--1 SPOON
GARAM MASALA-2 SPOONS
SALT TO TASTE,
RED CHILLY POWDER--1 -2 SPOONS
CARROT-GRATED/CHOPPED -2 SPOONS
SAUCE FOR SERVING.

PROCEDURE--
FIRST YOU HAVE TO MAKE UPMA AND INCLUDE IN IT CARROT,GARAM MASALA CHILLY POWDER,AND KEEP IT ASIDE MEANWHILE BOIL POTATOES WITH WATER AND ADD SALT IN THAT.MASH THEM AND MIX CORN FLOUR IN THEM .NOW TAKE A BALL OF POTATO AND STUFF UPMA IN IT AND KEEP THE BALLS ASIDE.HEAT THE PAN FOR FRYING WITH OIL IN IT AND FRY THESE IN OIL.SERVE IT WITH SAUCE .
NOBODY KNOWS UNTIL YOU SAY THAT IT IS UPMA AND IT TASTES YUMMY.
